I have changed the idea and visual aspect of my animation. Now, there will be a simple song and instrument sync. I have one character in one environment, yet a more complex background. Hopefully this will work out better.
I really have no experience with flash so I'm in the same boat and trying to simplify things in order to get done on time. So I think it is a good idea to keep it simple.
