15th attempt to succeed (well, fail) in Flash

I think more horrible than the first, lol. I had a mountain of trouble with these flash projects. It wasn't the concept of the project that was hard, but the use of the tools and manipulating them. I'm still trying to get a good handle on flash....

First Time Touching Flash

This is my VERY first time touching flash. Please hold your judgements until I get more practice in, lol. Hopefully my animation ofcourse will become better, and I'm pretty confident it will.

PREMI !!!!!!!

Animation type: 2D

Characters: Ashley (scad student), and random extras

Sounds: traffic, bus engine, car engine, foot steps, splashing water, thumps (door), keyboard clicking, sighs, freaking out screams (wierd), crashes, extra's screams, punches, stomps.

Story: Girl (Ashley) goes through her regular schedule for the day. Annoying little quirks happen to her from her dorm all the way to her classes (misses the bus, car splashes water, get hits by a door). She is the most patient low tempered person ever so she's not bothered by it. Finally, she finishes her maya project that she's been working on for days. She goes to put the final in the dropbox, and the whole thing crashes!!! She loses all her work, it disappears completely! Ashley now FREAKS OUT, throws the computer scaring the crap out of near by students. She then storms away and greets a well mannered guy with a punch to the face.

Best work? Whoa........

Man, I can't really say what my best work is so far because there are pro's and con's about all of them. If I had to narrow it down I would guess its between the cut-out animation I did for motion studies, or the short scene of my character I did in animation 1, or the magnadoodle animation that I composed for my friend to make music to. I'm sure I'm going to have better work coming out of my flash class. Supposedly this question won't hunt me forever!

My Fav Animation

I don't really have a favorite. Yet, I'm more drawn to 2D animation than 3D. I like 3D, but I'd rather work in 2D. Any old school animation I'm more than likely in love with, ranges from hanna barbera, classic disney, and ESPECIALLY Don Bluth. Matter of fact, I would say Don Bluth would have to be my favorite. The backgrounds and layout are the best in my opinion, and the character design is on point!!!

The Beginning

I'm sooooo excited about this class and what it has to offer. I've always wanted to use flash and I'm expecting awesome things out of it. I have quite a few ideas for small stories so this should be totally fun and exciting to do.....YIPPIES!!!!!
